Bilingual Automotive Sales Specialist - Mount Juliet TN

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Bilingual Automotive Sales Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will guide customers through the vehicle purchasing process, from initial inquiry to final sale, ensuring a positive and seamless experience. Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable vehicles
• Conduct test drives and explain vehicle features and benefits
• Negotiate pricing and finalize sales agreements
• Maintain knowledge of current inventory, promotions, and financing options
• Follow up with leads and maintain customer relationships
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
• Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Qualifications:

• Fluent English / Spanish
• Previous sales experience preferred (automotive sales is a plus)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer skills
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
