Meet the owners and Hospital Director

Our internist brings years of experience, advanced ultrasound skills, and a calming presence to the hospital. She is kind, funny, patient, and has a way of making clients and staff feel as though they are sitting down with a trusted friend. Outside the hospital, she supports local bird-conservation efforts and is passionate about creating safer, pollinator-friendly spaces. Caring for living things is apparently a full-time condition.

Our surgeon is a skilled, thoughtful clinician who brings focus, precision, and a steady presence to the operating room. She moved to Jacksonville because she wanted to build a surgery service within this collaborative group of women. She recently welcomed her first baby, who joins a family that already includes a horse named Bug and a growing gaggle of kittens.

Our criticalist has spent years training house officers who remain fiercely loyal to her because she shares her knowledge generously and makes people feel safe asking questions. She is invested in helping other veterinarians grow and is the person who will be there for you when a case gets complicated. Originally from Atlanta, she is now happily raising her family near the beach and has adapted to coastal life with remarkable ease.

Our ER doctor owner is the doctor you want beside you when things go sideways. She previously taught at UF, practices exceptionally high-level emergency medicine, and shows up whenever her team needs her. She also has a habit of surprising people with perfectly chosen little treasures because making others feel welcome and special is simply part of who she is.

Our Hospital Director understands how the hospital needs to run and how the people doing the work need to feel. She is direct, kind, hardworking, and a skilled ultrasonographer to boot. She understands what the medical team needs and knows how to turn it into a practical plan.

We are looking for an Oncologist who wants to join a hospital where collaboration is something people actually do, not simply a word printed in the job advertisement.

You will practice in a modern emergency and multispecialty hospital where consultation happens in real time and complicated cases do not have to be managed alone.

The hospital itself is beautiful, well laid out, and equipped with the technology and tools needed to practice advanced medicine. More importantly, it is designed to make it easier for people and services to work together.

Our Care Navigation team guides clients through the referral experience. Scribble provides ambient dictation, allowing you to spend less time typing and more time practicing medicine. Instinct serves as our EMR and PIMS, bringing patient care, communication, and workflow together in a system our teams genuinely enjoy using.

Production is paid monthly, and our production dashboard lets you track your numbers daily. There are no mysterious calculations happening somewhere behind the curtain.

You will be supported and heard. Good ideas are welcome here. Even better, they have a reasonable chance of being implemented.
