Lead the Heart of Our Guest Experience For over 100 years, the dining room has been one of the gathering places that makes Fair Hills Resort special. Families reconnect over meals, friendships are made around the table, and traditions continue year after year. We're looking for a positive, energetic Dining Room Manager to lead our front‑of‑house team and create exceptional dining experiences for our guests. This is a leadership position that combines staff management, guest relations, and daily restaurant operations. Responsibilities Team Leadership Recruit, train, and mentor seasonal waiter/waitress staff Create staff schedules Assign daily dining room responsibilities Lead and support the dining room team during meal service Foster a positive, team‑oriented work environment Dining Room Operations Create guest table assignments for the duration of their stay Ensure efficient and welcoming meal service Monitor guest satisfaction and address concerns promptly Maintain high standards of hospitality, cleanliness, and organization Coordinate with the kitchen and other departments to ensure smooth operations Guest Experience Build relationships with returning guests Learn guest names and preferences Help create the welcoming, family atmosphere that Fair Hills is known for Handle guest questions and resolve concerns with professionalism Qualifications Restaurant or hospitality management experience is preferred but not required. Leadership ability, organization, and a passion for guest service are most important.
