What You’ll DoAs a Product Manager at The Nurse Dolls 2.0, you’ll play a key role in shaping the future of our products and ensuring their success. Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including design, marketing, and engineering, to bring products to market.
- Conducting market research to identify customer needs and industry trends.
- Defining product requirements, features, and roadmaps to align with business goals.
- Monitoring product performance and gathering feedback for continuous improvement.
- Communicating effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency.
To excel in this role, you’ll need:
- At least 1 year of experience in product management or a related field.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- A creative mindset with a passion for problem-solving.
- The ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
