Senior Analyst Data Manager

Senior Data Manager (Data Management, Engineering Support & Execution) Location: Onsite in Tewksbury, MA. U.S. citizenship required. This role requires a DoD Secret clearance. Job Summary The Data Management, Engineering Support and Execution (DEX) department seeks a Senior Data Manager who will manage data deliverables, build data tracks in a Product Data Management (PDM) system, and ensure compliance with contract requirements. Key Responsibilities Read and interpret contracts to identify data deliverables. Use a PDM system to capture, manage, and track data deliverables. Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to obtain requested data. Proofread data for compliance with contractual requirements. Manage the data deliverable schedule and provide data to the customer on‑time. Learn and apply contractually required data markings. Run forecast reports and provide them to stakeholders. Provide metrics related to on‑time deliveries and outstanding dispositions upon request. Review and approve sub‑tier supplier statements of work for data requirements. Support program meetings and provide training to program personnel, customers, and suppliers. Handle and protect Company Intellectual Property (IP) and U.S. government IP and classified information. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or advanced degree. 2 years of work experience related to data management and/or equivalent professional experience. 2 years of work experience in a customer support/service role. Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. security clearance; U.S. citizenship required. Knowledge of U.S. government defense contracts and regulations such as FAR, DFARS, DoD Instruction 5230.24, NISPOM (DoD 5220.22‑M). Experience with Data Item Descriptions (DIDs) and Technical Documents distribution statements. Strong oral and written communication and presentation skills. Excellent proofreading skills. Preferred Qualifications Advanced degree with 3 years of relevant experience, or bachelor's degree with 2 years of prior relevant experience. In absence of a degree, 9 years of relevant experience. Experience collaborating in a team environment and being self‑motivated and detail oriented. Benefits and Compensation Salary range: $68,900 – $131,100 USD.
