Our Cardiovascular team develops leading solutions for heart recovery, electrophysiology, and stroke. You will join a proud heritage of continually elevating standards of care for stroke, heart failure, and atrial fibrillation (AFib) patients. Responsibilities Provide expert clinical product and technical assistance and training to EP/IC physicians and staff on the effective use of AcuNav™ and SOUNDSTAR™ catheters in EP and IC procedures. Assist patients and clinicians with electrophysiology systems and catheter equipment, ensuring optimal use and knowledge of systems such as the CARTO® System and associated software modules. Educate customers on all electrophysiology products to optimize effective usage through technical and clinical information and in‑service training. Use consultative selling techniques to identify potential sales opportunities within accounts. Create awareness of electrophysiology solutions and facilitate Territory Sales Manager contact with key decision makers to drive incremental business. Maximize customer case support capability through proper planning and scheduling. Drive collaboration and maintain consistent, open communication across internal partners and external stakeholders. Develop and share best practices with U.S. Field Sales and Service colleagues and other internal partners. Stay current on company product instructions for use (IFU), best practices, and relevant scientific literature. Prioritize and appropriately respond to requests in a high‑stress environment while maintaining composure and problem‑solving focus. Engage in diagnostic dialogue with multiple internal and external partners, formulating solutions based on gathered input. Provide mentoring for new electrophysiology commercial team members as requested. Perform other duties assigned as needed. Required Qualifications A minimum of a bachelor's degree, or 4 years of relevant professional work/military experience. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical echocardiography lab. Must have and maintain certification as a Registered Cardiac Sonographer (RCS) or a Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS) in adult or pediatric echocardiography. Advanced clinical ultrasound and echocardiography knowledge of technology, advancements, and the business landscape. Clinical knowledge of healthcare industry, disease states, and therapeutic and institutional trends. A valid driver’s license issued in the United States. Willingness and ability to travel up to 40% overnight locally, regionally, and nationally, sometimes on short notice. Must be comfortable with extended periods of sitting in a hospital laboratory setting, attending live patient cases, wearing protective gear, and working variable hours. May be required to lift up to 60 lbs. Strongly Preferred Experience in the electrophysiology/cath lab or EP/ cardiovascular device industry. Maintaining at least one of the following industry certifications – CEPS (IBHRE), RCES/RCIS. Experience working with complex technical systems in a critical patient care setting. Effective and timely communication skills with co‑workers and all levels of the patient care team. Self‑starter who performs well with autonomy and can be flexible in a dynamic work environment. Problem solver who can think critically in high‑pressure environments. Receptive to constructive feedback and collaborative in a team environment. Ability to translate large amounts of data and information into actionable insights. Hunger for learning and building new skills.
