What You’ll Be Doing As an Assistant Manager at Jolt, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our customers have the best experience possible. Here’s what your day-to-day might look like: Leading and motivating a team to deliver exceptional customer service. Assisting in daily operations, including opening and closing procedures. Managing inventory and ensuring product quality and availability. Supporting the Manager in staff training and development. Handling customer inquiries and resolving any issues with a friendly, solutions-oriented approach. Maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for both staff and customers. What We’re Looking For We’re seeking someone who’s ready to bring their leadership skills and positive energy to Jolt. Here’s what we’d like to see: At least 2 years of experience in a leadership or management role, preferably in the food and beverage or retail industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. A proactive and solutions-driven mindset. Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment. A genuine passion for customer service and creating memorable experiences.
