Overseas After-Sales Service Director

- Build and implement the after-sales service system for smart cleaning products in North America, Europe, and the Australia-New Zealand region.
- Develop a customer service system based on product and business conditions to respond promptly to consumer technical inquiries and resolve user issues.
- Conduct product and repair training for overseas distributors and third-party service centers.
- Formulate overseas service policies, including determining and applying for warranty parts, and support the sales and operation of out-of-warranty parts.
- Develop third-party after-sales service centers, including RMA repairs and whole machine refurbishment services, to provide customer service solutions for smooth business operations.
- Collect, organize, analyze, and feedback after-sales data, and coordinate with sales, quality, and R&D departments to iterate products.
