We are seeking a responsible Janitorial Tech to clean facilities in Marianna, Florida. D. C. Solutions Inc is an established, and flourishing Janitorial company servicing Alabama, Mississippi, Florida, and Baton Rouge, Louisiana markets. We provide custodial, and maintenance services customized to fit the needs of our Clients. Ninety percent of our facilities are government offices. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in restrooms, break rooms, offices, lobbies, and more. They will be expected to perform activities to include: routine office, restroom, and break room cleaning. Duties' will be cleaning such as: emptying trash, sweeping, mopping, dusting, dispenser sanitizing, refilling, replenishing, maintaining inventory, and other duties assigned. This is a part - time position. The Head Janitor must be onsite early in the morning. The work days are Monday thru Friday. The ideal candidate should have experience in janitorial cleaning, good time management. and organizational skills, and proven track record in their work history. They must pass a criminal background check, drug test, possess dependable transportation, and possess a working mobile phone. There will be some holiday pay included.
