T&J Towing is a well-established, family-owned business known for its dependable service and supportive team environment. We are looking for dedicated and reliable Tow Truck Drivers to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the face of our company, assisting motorists in need and ensuring their vehicles are transported safely and efficiently. Responsibilities

Safely operate a tow truck to assist motorists by transporting vehicles to nearby garages or designated locations
Tow vehicles that have been parked or left illegally as required
Deliver excellent customer service and maintain a professional demeanor with every interaction
Manage time effectively to provide prompt and reliable assistance to customers
Maintain the cleanliness and basic upkeep of assigned tow truck

Qualifications

Valid Class C driver's license
Experience in roadside assistance or operating a flatbed truck is preferred
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic

Compensation

Compensation: Commission-based pay structure, earning 1/3 of the cost of each tow, with a guaranteed minimum of $650 per week.
