Principal GTM Automation

To enhance operational efficiency, the full-time remote Principal GTM Automation will document processes, build AI agents, and design improvements for the Revenue organization, focusing on automation in sales, marketing, and customer success. Key responsibilities Design and build agentic workflows for repetitive revenue tasks, ensuring robust systems with proper error handling and observability Determine the integration of AI and automation in go-to-market strategies while maintaining necessary human oversight Own the architecture connecting agents to Salesforce and other data sources, ensuring seamless workflow reuse and system documentation Required qualifications 10+ years in software engineering, data engineering, GTM automation, or revenue systems, with experience managing systems from design to production support Experience with at least one LLM-powered workflow or agent utilized by a business team in production Strong proficiency in Python or TypeScript, and SQL, with the ability to review and test code effectively Hands-on experience with Salesforce, including its data model, APIs, and integration with data warehouses like BigQuery or Snowflake Familiarity with enrichment and signal tools such as D&B, ZoomInfo, and HG Insights, along with the ability to resolve discrepancies between sources
