Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a dedicated and innovative Marketing Intelligence Analyst to join their dynamic team. As a vital member of the marketing department supporting strategic initiatives, the ideal candidate will demonstrate analytical thinking, collaboration, and a proactive mindset to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Location: Atlanta, GA

Pay Range: $97,000- $100,000

What's the Job?

• Design, develop, and maintain marketing dashboards using Power BI to deliver real-time insights on campaigns, audiences, content, and communication channels.
• Analyze historical and current marketing data to identify trends, opportunities, and key drivers affecting campaign performance and audience engagement.
• Create predictive models to forecast campaign outcomes, optimize channel mix, timing, and budget allocation, supporting data-driven marketing strategies.
• Collaborate with marketing, IT, and data engineering teams to integrate diverse data sources, ensuring a comprehensive view of marketing performance and customer behavior.
• Translate complex datasets and analytics into clear, actionable recommendations for marketing leadership to inform messaging, spend, and campaign design.

What's Needed?

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience supporting marketing teams with business intelligence, analytics, or data analysis.
• Proficiency in Power BI, including report building, data modeling, and DAX.
• Strong understanding of SQL for data querying and transformation.
• Experience working with marketing data sources such as campaign, channel, audience, or engagement data.
