Job Details This role is in support of American Health Packaging, a Cencora business offering pharma packaging services in the US. Shift: Sunday-Thursday 11:00-7:30am Pay: $21.50/hr not including shift differential Sign on Bonus: $2000 Responsibilities Verify and prepare repackaging material and equipment for production run. Responsible for packaging machine set up/ changeovers for production runs, following work instructions and SOPs, identifying and resolving issues. Operate packaging equipment, troubleshoot and adjust as required, and use escalation protocol when necessary. Repackage raw material into finished product meeting packaging specifications and quality standards. Work with maintenance when escalation to maintenance support is needed for a mechanical issue. Clean and sanitize production room and equipment. Record and prepare accurate batch record information using basic mathematical skills. Adhere to and operate under 5S principles/guidelines for efficient and effective operations. Engage in all technical training, compliance, and other required training. Assist in training new operators alongside Operator III – Packaging Machine. Adhere to all cGMPs, safety regulations, and SOPs. Maintain good housekeeping throughout the shift. Work as a team member with AHP operations team to meet/exceed quality and production goals. Participate actively in continuous improvement activities to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Partner with supporting areas, such as quality, to resolve issues preventing the operations from achieving its goals. Perform related duties as assigned. Education High school diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of experience and education. Work Experience Minimum two (2) years of manufacturing/operator experience. Experience in 5S principles and practices. Strong organizational skills and detail oriented. Skills And Knowledge Ability to read, write and understand English for reading documents, product labels, and instructions; good written skills for compliance documentation. Basic mathematical skills. Strong interpersonal skills: ability to develop and maintain cooperative working relationships and work in a team-based environment. Use good judgment to carry out detailed instructions. Basic problem‑solving capabilities for troubleshooting in production. Ability to work overtime when needed.
