This role is a contract to hire that is hybrid 3 days onsite in the Western part of New Haven near Shelton

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day administration and support of Salesforce TPM solutions.
• Partner with Sales, Finance, Revenue Growth Management, and Customer Teams to ensure trade promotions are accurately configured and executed.
• Gather and document business requirements for TPM enhancements and system changes.
• Configure and maintain Salesforce TPM functionality, workflows, validations, reporting, dashboards, and security settings.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field.
• 2-3+ years of experience supporting Salesforce platforms, TPM applications, or trade promotion business processes. xhyhwjd
• Experience working with Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), Food & Beverage, Manufacturing, or Retail organizations a plus
• Strong understanding of trade promotion management, trade spend, deductions, accruals, and promotional planning processes.
