Machine Operator Start Immediately

In this hands-on role, you'll operate modern equipment, keep production running efficiently, and help create high-quality products every shift. This position is ideal for candidates who enjoy working with machinery, solving problems, and maintaining a consistent overnight schedule.
What You'll Do
- Operate production machinery, including mixers and tortilla production lines, safely and efficiently
- Start up equipment at the beginning of each shift and verify proper operation
- Troubleshoot and report any issues to maintain continuous production flow
- Replace mesh and Teflon belts as needed
- Adjust machine settings to meet product specifications for size, weight, and quality
- Verify recipes and system settings during changeovers using the Plex ERP system
- Complete production documentation accurately and enter data into system applications
- Monitor and record production waste and report discrepancies
- Use HMI/ERP systems to input data and adjust oven temperatures and belt speeds
- Lift and handle materials up to 50 lbs, including weighing and adding ingredients to mixers
Pay and Schedule
- 3rd Shift: MondayFriday, 10:00 PM 6:30 AM
- Pay: $20.50$22.50 per hour

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Eagan, MN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.50 - $22.50/hr.
