Senior VP of Marketing

As SVP of Marketing, you'll lead the marketing strategy and organization for Daxko's enterprise health and wellness business segments. You'll own brand positioning, go-to-market execution, and the marketing P&L for your segments, with the independence to run your team and the collaboration to shape company-wide priorities with the CRO and Sales leadership. This role is right for someone who thinks like an operator, understands how marketing drives revenue, and wants to build something at scale.This is a hybrid role, working from our Birmingham, AL office 2-3 days per week. What you'll do:Lead a marketing organization spanning Demand & Revenue Marketing and Brand & Corporate Communications, setting the vision and holding your team accountable to pipeline and revenue targetsOwn the marketing P&L for your segments, recommending annual budget planning, quarterly forecasting, and ROI to the CROSet brand positioning and messaging across all health and wellness segments, and keep it consistent across every channel once it's approvedBuild go-to-market strategy for new segment launches and market expansion, including market analysis, channel prioritization, and success metricsPartner with the VP of Demand & Revenue Marketing to set pipeline targets, demand generation strategy, and lead quality standardsOversee public relations, analyst relations, and executive communications to build the company's market credibility and reputationReport weekly to the CRO on performance and spend, and present monthly to the executive team and quarterly to the BoardWhat you'll bring:12+ years of progressive marketing and leadership experience, including 6+ years in senior marketing leadership (VP level or equivalent) at a SaaS company5+ years driving pipeline and bookings outcomes in a revenue-focused marketing or sales leadership roleA track record of building and leading marketing across multiple segments or verticals at onceFluency in SaaS revenue metrics — MRR, ARR, CAC, LTV, win rates, sales cycle, attach rates — and how marketing decisions move themHands-on experience with modern marketing technology (Salesforce, HubSpot, marketing automation, analytics platforms)Strong executive presence, with experience presenting to a Board and defending strategic recommendationsNice to have:MBA or equivalent advanced business educationExperience in health, wellness, fitness, or adjacent consumer-facing B2B industriesExperience scaling a company through multiple phases of growthDeep experience in enterprise software or subscription-based models with exposure to enterprise salesAdditional InformationDaxko is dedicated to pursuing and hiring a diverse workforce.
