PACE Central Michigan is seeking a licensed Social Worker (MSW) to join our team serving seniors in Michigan. You will participate in assessments, develop care plans, provide individual and family counseling, and advocate for participant access to community resources. Required: Master’s Degree in Social Work and MSW certification, plus at least one year serving the elderly.
