Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Hybrid

Above and Beyond Therapy, a provider of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy services for children on the autism spectrum, is seeking Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to serve families across Virginia. The position offers full‑time or part‑time opportunities with a yearly salary ranging from $85,000 to $95,000. Responsibilities Conduct intake evaluations, including functional behavioral assessments and skills assessments. Design individualized treatment plans of care. Supervise and monitor the progress of behavior technicians. Develop positive behavioral and skill acquisition plans tailored to each client. Train and support ABA technicians; implement, model, and monitor progress of individualized behavior support plans. Provide caring support during family conversations to ensure parents fully understand assessment results and treatment recommendations. Graph data, adjust strategies as needed to ensure progress, and provide routine progress summaries. Requirements Valid BCBA Certificate. Experience working with children and teens diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities. Vehicle required for travel between assignments and a valid driver’s license. Reliably able to commute or plan to relocate before starting work. Benefits Manageable case loads.
