Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Arkansas or compact equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of recent clinical experience in a hospital or rehabilitation setting
• Current BLS certification required; ACLS preferred
• Experience with patient assessment, discharge planning, and interdisciplinary team collaboration
• Strong documentation skills and ability to supervise ancillary nursing personnel
