Key Responsibilities:
- Support the General Manager in mentoring, coaching, and cultivating a top-performing restaurant team
- Assist in managing all aspects of daily operations to ensure proficiency and excellence
- Help administer budgets, labor, and cost controls to meet financial objectives
- Monitor stock levels, assist in placing orders, and maintain vendor relationships
- Ensure unparalleled guest experiences by maintaining service and quality standards
- Support the enforcement of health, safety, and regulatory compliance across all departments
- Analyze performance metrics and suggest strategies for ongoing improvement
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 year of restaurant supervisory experience preferred
- Proven leadership and team development abilities
- Good financial management and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication, organization, and decision-making capabilities
