Acute Travel Registered Nurse (RN) - CVICU

We are seeking an experienced Acute Travel Registered Nurse (RN) to join a high-performing team in a critical care environment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in cardiovascular intensive care and demonstrate the ability to deliver high-quality patient care.

Position Information

  • Role: RN
  • Specialty: Blended ICU
  • Number of Openings: 1
  • Shift: 3x12 hours
  • Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36
  • Required Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIH
  • Years of Experience: 2 years
  • Call Requirements: Yes

  • Unit Type: ICU/CVICU
  • Number of Beds: 16
  • Patient Ratios: 1:2
  • Patient Population: Adult, Geriatric
  • Equipment Used: Baxter pumps
  • EHR System: Medhost

Hiring Profile

  • Must Have Skills/Experience: Required travel experience
  • Common Diagnoses/Treatments:
    • STEMI, NSTEMI
    • COPD exacerbation
    • Sepsis
    • CABG, Valve repair/replacement
    • Acute Respiratory Failure
    • A. Fib RVR
    • ETOH Withdrawal
    • Head Injury, Overdose, Stroke
    • Trauma, CRRT, TCAR & TVAR
  • Personality Fit: Collaborative and dedicated team player
  • Required Education: Relevant nursing degree
