Marketing operations manager

We are seeking an immediate, strategic, and hands-on Inside Sales & Marketing Operations Manager to lead our international marketing and business operations. This is a unique, high-impact position designed as an executive-track role; you will receive comprehensive training to step into full Director-level responsibilities as our current head prepares to retire.

In this role, you will report directly to executive leadership (initially transitioning from our Vice President to the CEO) and oversee a lean, cross-functional global team across the US, Europe, and Asia. Marketing at our organization is uniquely integrated with B2B inside sales, international customer support, and digital strategy. Because we are a highly successful, privately held global database company running a lean operation, you will balance high-level strategic planning with a hands-on approach, directly managing campaigns, deep-diving into analytics, and leading teams rather than just delegating. Responsibilities

• Lead Global Teams: Direct managers and small teams across US, Europe, and Asia handling B2B inside sales and level-1 support.
• Manage Digital Strategy: Drive SEO initiatives, coordinate with external digital vendors, and manage global advertising budgets.
• Track Analytics: Utilize Google Analytics (GA4) to optimize platform visibility across search engine and AI search ecosystems.
• Modernize Workflows: Integrate Zoom/Teams into traditional outreach and deploy advanced call pre-screening tactics.
• Maintain SOPs: Oversee department document control, including procedure manuals and international data mapping.
• Represent Globally: Coordinate international trade shows (e.g., Germany this November) and visit the Shanghai branch every 2-3 years.

Qualifications

• People Leadership: 3-5+ years directly managing B2B inside sales, call center, or customer success operations teams.
• Technical SEO: Direct, hands-on experience utilizing GA4, SEO management suites, or digital marketing dashboards.
• Superb Communication: Flawless verbal presentation skills and robust, unassisted professional writing capabilities.
• Career Stability: History of long-term employer tenure; frequent job-hopping without structural reason is a disqualifier.
• Global Aptitude: Openness to cross-cultural management and managing teams distributed across global time zones.
• Travel Flexibility: Ability to work hybrid in Boca Raton, FL, and travel internationally for upcoming Q4 trade shows.
