We're on the lookout for a vibrant Assistant Community Manager to join our stellar team in Western MA. If you're someone who thrives on challenges and craves career growth, then this is the perfect opportunity for you! In this position you will float between our Western MA properties spanning from Westfield to Sunderland.

As our Assistant Community Manager, you'll be at the forefront of ensuring our property meets and exceeds its occupancy and collection goals. But it's not just about numbers – it's about delivering exceptional service with a smile! If you've got a knack for sales, a passion for people, and a positive attitude that's contagious, then we want you on our team!

Responsibilities:

Be the welcoming face of our community, greeting potential residents with warmth and enthusiasm
Conduct tours of our outstanding apartment homes and amenities, highlighting the unique features that make us stand out
Developing and implementing creative and extensive marketing campaigns
Implement effective strategies to collect rent and minimize delinquencies
Guide prospective residents through the application process, providing exceptional customer service every step of the way
Utilize various software programs, including Microsoft Office and One-Site, to streamline administrative tasks and manage office operations
Play an active role in promoting career opportunities within the company and assist in building a cohesive team environment

Must possess a valid driver's license, have reliable transportation to and from work, and ability to go off-site.
