Site Supervisor - Developmental & Cognitive Services

Site Supervisor We provide a framework to support individuals with developmental and cognitive disabilities in learning daily living skills, building relationships, and engaging in community activities. The Site Supervisor works with the Program Director or Director of Residential Services to supervise one home and deliver residential supports to residents with intellectual or developmental disabilities, and/or brain injury. Comprehensive orientation and training is provided. Overtime compensation is available for hours over 40 per week. On‑call coverage is on a rotation with other managers. Schedule – Tuesday to Saturday, 9 am – 5 pm (40 hours per week). Rate – $25.28 per hour. Responsibilities Overall supervision of a residential home. Provide residential supports to individuals with intellectual, developmental, or brain injury disabilities. Collaborate with staff to promote residents’ participation in community activities and medical appointments. Assist in managing residents’ finances and transportation needs. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Required Experience Previous supervisory experience strongly preferred. At least three years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, including at least one year in residential services.
