Customer Service Representative

Provides accurate information and assistance to customers, which includes responding to inquiries, problem-resolution and selling of company services. Performs administrative support functions necessary for efficient station operations.

High school diploma/GED. Ability to operate computer terminal. Ability to lift 50 lbs. Ability to maneuver packages of any weight above 50 lbs. with appropriate equipment and/or assistance from another person. Good human relations and communications skills.

Non-covered safety sensitive Position. Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner.
