Requirements:
- Active WI RN Licensure
- BLS Certification
- ACLS Certification
- PALS Certification
- NIHSS Certification
- TNCC or TNS Certification

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Utilize the nursing process and collaborate with interdisciplinary team members in patient care.
- Administer medications and treatments according to nursing techniques, policies, and procedures.
- Document care according to established standards.
- Perform assessments, planning, intervention, and evaluation of care.
- Develop, initiate, and execute a patient care plan per physician guidance and clinic policy.
- Participate in performance improvement activities and contribute to shared governance.
