Qualifications

  • Current Florida state license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
  • Completion of approved Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) educational program
  • Graduation from high school (or GED/equivalent)
  • At least 6 months experience working as a LPN (or similar role) preferable 
  • Ability to lift at least 50 lbs

Responsibilities

  • Working as an LPN supporting the diverse needs of in-house procedures and patients care 
  • Facilitating the intake process, including the documentation of medical histories and any health issues
  • Assisting with medication administration and refills  if needed
  • Maintaining medical records and charts
  • Contributing to the maintenance and proper inventory of medical supplies
  • Providing assistance with new hire orientation and training
  • other duties  as needed
