Pickleball Lead Attendant

Job Summary: We’re looking for a friendly and reliable Pickleball Lead Attendant to join our team. This role is all about creating a positive experience for guests by ensuring courts are clean, organized, and ready to play. You’ll be the go-to person for players with questions, help manage court reservations, and assist with equipment rentals or sales. Key Responsibilities: Running Pickleball Tournaments Greet players and guests in a professional and welcoming manner Maintain cleanliness and safety of courts, including setting up nets and supplies Monitor court usage and assist with enforcing court rules and time limits Manage court reservations, cancellations, and walk-ins Assist with check-in, memberships, and payments as needed Provide basic information about the game, facility rules, and upcoming events or lessons Report any equipment or facility issues to management Help with light maintenance duties or event setup as required Qualifications: Strong interpersonal and customer service skills Reliable, punctual, and professional Able to work independently and stay organized Basic understanding of pickleball or willingness to learn Able to lift up to 25 lbs and work outdoors when necessary Previous experience in a recreational, hospitality, or sports facility is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr Coma Coffee Roasters
