About the Role

We are a local staffing agency placing a skilled journeyman plumber with an established plumbing company in the Salt Lake Valley. This is an ongoing, full-time position with a clear path to direct hire based on performance. You'll work alongside an experienced crew on residential and light commercial service calls and remodel projects.

What You'll Be Doing

• Performing service and repair calls for residential and commercial clients
• Assisting with plumbing remodel work; rough-in, trim-out, and finish
• Moving and installing heavy equipment such as water heaters and tubs
• Responding to client scheduling needs, which may occasionally require early starts or overtime

What We're Looking For

• Active journeyman plumber license or equivalent trade experience
• Solid knowledge of service, repair, and remodel plumbing
• Ability to perform physically demanding work; lifting, carrying, and maneuvering heavy fixtures is a regular part of the job
• Personal hand tools required; larger equipment is supplied
• Reliable transportation and a professional attitude

Compensation & Details

• Starting pay: $20–$28/hour through our agency — upon direct hire, candidates are eligible for a pay increase based on performance
• Hours: Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm (overtime available based on client demand)
• Hire path: strong performers are considered for permanent placement with the client company, with the opportunity for a pay raise at that time
