Pick & Pack/Warehouse Associate

We are seeking a dependable and team-oriented Pick & Pack/Warehouse Associate to support logistics and warehouse operations in the Holly MI facility. This role is ideal for someone with experience in order picking, shipping, and/or material handling who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in accuracy and organization.

Starting Pay Rate: $17.00/hr - $18.00/hr (Depending on Experience)

1st Shift: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM / Monday - Friday

The Pick & Pack/Warehouse Associate's primary responsibilities will include preparing shipping labels, pick and pack activities, and supporting day-to-day shipping operations to ensure products are processed and shipped accurately and on time.

Responsibilities:

Pick, pack, palletize, and prepare products for shipment
Create shipping labels for outbound orders
Verify order accuracy and ensure items are packaged properly
Assist with shipping, receiving, or material handling activities as needed
Maintain organized inventory and work areas
Communicate effectively with internal teams regarding shipment status and priorities
Support the Logistics Coordinator with daily operational tasks

Qualifications:

Previous pick & pack or shipping/receiving experience in manufacturing environment
Basic computer skills and ability to learn shipping software systems
Forklift operation experience is a plus but NOT required
