Job Full Description Pick & Pack/Warehouse Associate
We are seeking a dependable and team-oriented Pick & Pack/Warehouse Associate to support logistics and warehouse operations in the Holly MI facility. This role is ideal for someone with experience in order picking, shipping, and/or material handling who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in accuracy and organization.
Starting Pay Rate: $17.00/hr - $18.00/hr (Depending on Experience)
1st Shift: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM / Monday - Friday

The Pick & Pack/Warehouse Associate's primary responsibilities will include preparing shipping labels, pick and pack activities, and supporting day-to-day shipping operations to ensure products are processed and shipped accurately and on time.
Responsibilities:
- Pick, pack, palletize, and prepare products for shipment
- Create shipping labels for outbound orders
- Verify order accuracy and ensure items are packaged properly
- Assist with shipping, receiving, or material handling activities as needed
- Maintain organized inventory and work areas
- Communicate effectively with internal teams regarding shipment status and priorities
- Support the Logistics Coordinator with daily operational tasks
- Previous pick & pack or shipping/receiving experience in manufacturing environment
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn shipping software systems
- Forklift operation experience is a plus but NOT required
