R3 Continuum is searching for diverse and compassionate behavioral health professionals like you to expand our network in McLean or Tysons and surrounding areas in Virginia. You would be providing on-site crisis support to organizations and employees recently affected by a disruptive workplace event.
We are looking to expand our Network of Farsi and Arabic Speaking Consultants in your area.

Requirements:
- Independently licensed in the State of Virginia (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or Clinical Psychologist)
- Minimum of a master's degree in mental health
- Malpractice and Professional Liability Insurance coverage of $1,000,000/$3,000,000
- Willing to complete R3C's DEM crisis response training or proof of approved CIR training.
