Join the team as a Quicklane Advisor in Phoenix, AZ. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers by efficiently managing their Quicklane service needs. You will act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring their vehicles are serviced promptly and accurately while delivering a positive and smooth experience. Responsibilities Greet customers and understand their Quicklane service needs. Communicate clearly with service technicians and customers about vehicle service status and recommendations. Schedule and coordinate repair and maintenance services efficiently. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, vehicle services, and parts orders. Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing questions and concerns promptly and professionally. Promote additional vehicle services and products as appropriate. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in automotive service advising or customer service preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
