About the Role:
We are seeking motivated recent graduates and early-career professionals to join our team as a Business Development Representative (BDR) . This role is ideal for individuals looking to start a career in sales, staffing, and client relationship management within the light industrial industry.
The BDR will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and supporting business growth efforts across manufacturing, warehousing, logistics, and distribution sectors.
Responsibilities:
- Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, networking, and market research.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Schedule and participate in client meetings to understand hiring and staffing needs.
- Collaborate with recruiting teams to deliver workforce solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM systems.
- Prepare presentations, proposals, and follow-up communications.
- Meet activity and performance goals while contributing to team success.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Previous internship, customer service, retail, or sales experience is a plus.
