LPN Wellness Director

Hilltop Park Post Acute is hiring LPNs! Shifts: Full-time, 10pm-6am with a weekend rotation; Part-time, 10pm-6am with 1 set weekend day or a weekend rotation. We specialize in providing rehabilitation services onsite to help our residents regain their independence, and we have 2 large rehab gyms!
