ASSEMBLY OPERATOR Adairsville, GA
PAY: $16/HOURLY SHIFT: 1st (6:00a-4:20p) Mon-Fri
The Assembly Operator is responsible for pre-assembling racking frames and products in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role requires strong attention to detail, adherence to safety and quality standards, and the ability to work efficiently as part of a production team.
Responsibilities:

• Assemble parts and products according to work instructions, blueprints, and production schedules
• Safely operate power tools, including torque wrenches and other hand tools
• Maintain consistent production output while meeting quality standards
• Perform visual and functional inspections of assembled frames
• Follow all OSHA regulations and company safety policies
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Report equipment issues, safety concerns, or quality defects to a supervisor or team lead
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals
• Load and unload assembly cells using an electric pallet mover

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous experience in a fast-paced manufacturing or production environment preferred
• Familiarity with power tools, including torque wrenches and basic hand tools
• Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team

Work Environment & Expectations:

• Fast-paced production/assembly setting with frequent changeovers
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining quality standards
• Flexibility to be reassigned to different tasks or stations as needed
• Compliance with staggered break schedules
• Team-oriented environment, working in groups of up to 6 employees
• Non-climate controlled
• Overtime may be required!
