Route Driver

This role manages a daily delivery route, delivering water and salt, servicing dispensing units, and ensuring customers receive exceptional service.

Requirements

We Are Looking for Candidates Who:

* Enjoy working hands-on and take pride in physical, active work

* Are reliable, customer-focused, and comfortable interacting with customers daily

* Have a strong work ethic and can manage a delivery route with accuracy and efficiency

* Are mechanically inclined and able to troubleshoot basic equipment issues (we will train you!)

* Want to learn and grow in a stable, long-term career

* Can lift and move heavy products such as bottled water and salt (up to 50-80 lbs)

* Hold a valid driver's license and are able to obtain a Class C or B license if needed

* Do not need a college degree-just motivation and a willingness to learn

* Are excited to join a team with full onboarding, paid training, and full benefits after 60 days

* Class C or Class B License (or the ability to obtain one - required)

* Day Shift

* Flexible start times

* Monday to Friday

* Weekends as needed

PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES (A Day in the Life)

* Manage and complete a daily delivery route for bottled water, salt, and other essential products

* Deliver products safely, efficiently, and accurately to residential and commercial customers

* Troubleshoot basic functionality issues on water dispensing units, including water tests and filling tanks with salt

* Provide friendly, professional customer service at every stop

* Identify opportunities to offer additional products or services to existing customers

* Build strong, long-lasting customer relationships through reliable service and communication

* Communicate route updates or customer needs to the Customer Service team

* Load and unload trucks, manage product inventory, and ensure accurate delivery records

* Follow all safety guidelines and DOT requirements

* Receive formal training that sets you up for success with opportunities for growth and advancement
