Overview
Registered Nurse – Labor and Delivery in Brunswick, GA. This travel assignment begins 08/31/2026 and runs for 13 weeks in a hospital setting. Weekly pay ranges from $1,894 to $1,940. Responsibilities
- Triage obstetric patients, circulate during labor and delivery, and provide recovery care in PACU as needed, with escalation as indicated.
- Monitor maternal and fetal status using standard monitoring equipment; assess contractions, fetal heart rate patterns, cervical changes, and respond with appropriate interventions.
- Assist with labor and delivery procedures, including vaginal births and cesarean deliveries, under the supervision of the obstetric team; prepare equipment and assist with anesthesia as directed.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, and ancillary staff to develop and implement individualized care plans; communicate changes to patients and families with sensitivity and clarity.
- Maintain patient safety, infection control, medication administration accuracy, and thorough documentation in the electronic health record; ensure accurate shift handoffs and continuity of care.

Requirements
- Active Georgia RN license in good standing
- Ability to work nights and 12-hour shifts (3 nights per week)
- Must be able to triage, circulate, and recover in PACU per job notes
- Strong communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced hospital environment and adhere to patient privacy and safety standards
