COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS Orthopedic Surgeon (OS)
Up to $550,000 guaranteed annual salary
$30,000 Signing Bonus
$18,000 per year housing allowance provided by Employer
Comprehensive benefits including 8 Weeks PTO, 106% employer retirement-match on up to 4% employee contribution
$4,000 annual CME allowance
$20,000 annual school loan assistance from employer
RESPONSIBILITIES AND FACILITY DETAILS Orthopedic Surgeon (OS)
A state of the art, 25-bed critical access Hospital offering comprehensive healthcare
Monday-Friday schedule with split between Clinical / Surgical focus along with 1 admin day
1:2 on-call
On average up to 2200 - 2400 clinic patients and 250-270 surgeries per year
A generalist role with Orthopedic surgical focus

New providers out of residency and experienced providers welcome to apply
Board-certified / board-eligible status preferred
