- Monday-Friday
- 6:30 AM - 3:30 PM

- 3:30 PM - 12:00 AM
- Includes $1.00/hour shift differential
- Typical workweek averages 50+ hours
- Regular overtime opportunities available on Saturdays
- Saturday schedule is typically 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM
- Common schedule pattern:
- Five 10-hour shifts Monday-Friday
- Additional Saturday shift when production demands require it
- Double-time pay on Sundays
The Maintenance Technician will support a high-volume manufacturing operation producing on-highway engine components . This is a hands-on maintenance role responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining a variety of automated production equipment, robotic welding cells, hydraulic systems, pneumatic systems, and electrical controls.
The ideal candidate will have a strong industrial maintenance, manufacturing maintenance, automotive maintenance, or electro-mechanical background with the ability to troubleshoot both mechanical and electrical systems.
Manufacturing Environment
The facility operates across two production shifts and utilizes a combination of automated, robotic, and specialized OEM manufacturing equipment.

Electrical & Controls
Candidates should be able to:
- Read and interpret electrical schematics
- Understand ladder logic fundamentals
- Troubleshoot PLC-controlled equipment
- Trace inputs and outputs through PLC systems
- Use multimeters and electrical testing equipment
- Diagnose electrical faults and control system issues
Experience working with:
- Allen-Bradley (AB) ControlLogix platforms
- PLC I/O troubleshooting
- Control panels and electrical cabinets
- 24VDC control systems
- Power supplies
- Sensors and switches
- Input/output devices
- 110V control circuits
Experience maintaining and troubleshooting:
- Hydraulic systems
- Pumps
- Pneumatic systems
- Industrial machinery
- Automated manufacturing equipment
- Welding knowledge or hands-on welding experience
- Manufacturing maintenance experience
- Multi-craft maintenance background
- Automotive technician experience
- Experience working around higher-voltage electrical systems
- Robotics troubleshooting and maintenance exposure
