Bartender Position
Required hours: Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday, 10 a.m.- 6 p.m. Mix of lunch & happy hour serving & bartending. Candidate must be dependable, ethical, and independent.

Key Skills/Responsibilities:

- Customer Service Star: Handle even the most emotional situations with grace, ensuring every guest leaves happy.
- Cash Handling Guru: Manage transactions with precision and integrity, keeping our operations smooth and secure.
- Team Player: Work alongside a dynamic team, contributing to a fun and efficient environment.
Education & Experience:
- A few months of related experience or training.
- Alcohol Awareness Certification (must comply with state regulations).
- Strong communication skills and a knack for problem-solving.
Property Information: DoubleTree Lansing offers a centrally located workplace in downtown Lansing, close to shops, dining, the Michigan State Capitol, Michigan State University, and Jackson Field. The hotel features modern guest rooms, on-site dining, a free airport shuttle, and 10,000 square feet of event space. An indoor walkway connects the property directly to the Lansing Convention Center, making it a hub for conferences and community events. It's a professional, service-driven environment ideal for staff who enjoy supporting both business and leisure travelers.
