Associate Scientific Director

To support a collaborative medical communications team, the remote Associate Scientific Director will ensure high-quality, evidence-based deliverables while partnering with clients and guiding medical writers in the development of impactful scientific content. Key responsibilities Oversee the quality-control process and guide medical writers to ensure strategic alignment and excellence in deliverables Engage with clients, authors, and key opinion leaders to shape scientific narratives across various therapeutic areas Contribute to content development, regulatory review, and strategic planning for projects while identifying opportunities for innovation and growth Required qualifications Advanced life sciences degree (MD, PhD, or PharmD) 2-3+ years of experience within a medical communications agency Demonstrated expertise in medical/scientific writing and content development Proven ability to manage multiple projects and timelines in a fast-paced environment Experience collaborating with clients and cross-functional teams
