At MGM Resorts, we seek individuals like YOU to create unique and show-stopping experiences for our guests.**THE JOB:**As a **Fountain Worker** for **Quick Service Restaurants** at **Bellagio**, you will create a welcoming and efficient guest experience within a fast‐paced café and quick service environment, supporting outlets such as Palio, Gelato, Snacks, and Starbucks. You will prepare and serve a variety of beverages and light food items while maintaining a clean, organized, and well‐stocked workspace that meets Bellagio’s high standards. With a friendly, guest‐focused approach, you will engage with guests, understand their preferences, and deliver prompt, personalized service that enhances their visit. By combining attention to detail, teamwork, and a sense of urgency, you will help create enjoyable, convenient dining moments and memorable WOW experiences throughout the property.**THE STARTING RATE:** $16.711 hourly + tips**THE DAY-TO-DAY:*** Take and place order, and serve and garnish food and drinks efficiently and accurately in work area as applicable* Collect money, while following all proper cash handling and comp procedures* Maintain the cleanliness, sanitation, and the appearance of the front and back of house, clear tables and counters; sweep and maintain the cleanliness of the dining area without interfering with the comfort of guests* Pack and complete order as per guests' preference with any necessary condiments* Properly label and date products per safety and sanitation procedures* Perform opening and closing duties based upon shift assignment* Unload warehouse orders and stock the orders to designated storage maintaining organization, stock and replenish products as needed in workstation, counters, tables, etc.* Resolve guest complaints within scope of authority; otherwise, refer the matter to management, notify supervisor and/or Security of all unusual events, circumstances, missing items, or alleged theft**THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:*** Must be 21 years of age or older* High School Diploma or GED required* Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays required* One year of experience as a Food Handler in a similar, high-volume, fast paced restaurant preferred* One year of guest service experience preferred**THE PERKS & BENEFITS:*** Wellness incentive programs to help you stay healthy physically and mentally* Access to company hotel, food and beverage, retail, and entertainment discounts as well as discounts with company partners on things like travel, electronics, online shopping, and more!* Free meals in our employee dining room* Free parking on and off shift* Health & Income Protection benefits (for eligible employees)* Professional and personal development through programs and networking opportunities as well as volunteer opportunities in the community**VIEW JOB DESCRIPTION:** you ready to **JOIN THE SHOW**?
