Finance Director

This is a role for a Fractional Finance Director to bring their financial expertise to a business in West Berkshire. You will play a key role in overseeing accounting and finance operations, ensuring the smooth financial running of the organisation. Client Details This well-established business services organisation is based in Berkshire. Description Oversee the financial strategy and ensure alignment with the company's goals. Provide strategic financial advice to support decision-making processes. Prepare and review financial reports, budgets and forecasts. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies. Manage cash flow and oversee financial risk management practices. Collaborate with stakeholders to improve financial performance and efficiency. Support the development and implementation of financial systems and processes. Lead and mentor the finance team to ensure high performance. Profile A successful Fractional Finance Director should have: A strong background in accounting and finance. Professional qualifications such as ACCA, ACA, or CIMA. Experience in financial planning, budgeting and forecasting. Proven ability to manage financial risks and ensure compliance. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Proficiency in financial software and tools.
