Support Engineer — Internal Tools & AI Automation
Cloaked
Cloaked is seeking a hands-on engineer for the Customer Success tech stack in New York. You will build internal tools and automation that empower the support team, while tackling the tough technical issues those tools can't yet handle. You'll work with Python and Django on PostgreSQL, improve AI-assisted support, and own escalations involving account security, data removal, and recovery.
