Girls Soccer Assistant Coach (High School)

Position Description The Girls Soccer Assistant Coach supports the district mission by: Coaching and developing players on the JV team Collaborating with the head coach to instill the team’s vision and philosophy on the JV team Assisting the Varsity coach with the Varsity players Building a positive environment that allows students to have fun while learning both soccer skills and life skills Terms of Employment August 24, 2026 – October 22, 2026 Must be available for practices and games on various days and times after school Current CPR/First‑Aid card on file prior to the first day of coaching athletes Successful candidate must submit a Washington State Sexual Misconduct Disclosure and undergo state and background checks, including fingerprinting, at the applicant’s expense Salary Range $2,992 – $3,957, depending on experience Benefits Eligible employees may accrue sick leave at the rate of one (1) hour of sick leave for every 40 hours worked under Washington state law. Upon working 630 hours in a school year, employees may be eligible for insurance benefits through School Employees Benefits Board (SEBB), which includes medical, dental, vision, long‑term disability, life, and AD&D insurance.
