Store Director - Rodeo Drive

Summary The Store Director leads Balenciaga's Rodeo Drive store, driving sales, client experience, and operational excellence. This role develops a high-performing team and ensures that store execution reflects the brand's standards and culture. Responsibilities Set and execute store action plans, monitor sales targets and KPIs, and identify opportunities for growth. Recruit, coach, develop, and retain store talent while building an inclusive, positive team environment. Lead clienteling and ensure consistent client experiences, brand presentation, and visual standards. Oversee store administration, scheduling, payroll reporting, inventory, safety, security, and compliance. Analyze local market and fashion trends, share insights, and report relevant feedback to headquarters. Requirements Five to ten years of successful management experience in luxury retail, leading a team of at least 20 people. Inclusive leadership, entrepreneurial mindset, and strong interpersonal and organizational skills. Strong client experience and loyalty focus, product and fashion sensitivity, and digital skills.
