This role leverages quantitative analysis, reporting, and data modeling techniques to identify trends, measure performance, and drive process improvements. The Data Analyst collaborates with cross-functional partners to translate business needs into analytical solutions and delivers clear, data-driven recommendations to stakeholders.The job responsibilities include:Analyze large, complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights that support business decisionsDevelop, maintain, and optimize reports, dashboards, and analytical models to measure operational and financial performanceTranslate analytical findings into clear, concise, and executive-ready summaries and presentationsPartner with stakeholders to understand business needs, define requirements, and deliver data-driven solutionsQuery and manipulate data using SQL and other tools to extract, transform, and prepare datasets for analysisBuild and maintain structured datasets, including joining tables and validating data integrityPartner with Operations, Account Management, Product, IT, and Data management teams to align data solutions with business needsApply critical thinking to identify root causes of issues and recommend practical, data-backed solutionsEnsure accuracy and reliability of all analyses through thorough validation and quality checksDocument methodologies, assumptions, and processes to support transparency and repeatabilityManage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentCommunicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences to drive understanding and alignmentSupport continuous improvement initiatives through data analysis and performance monitoringStay current on analytics tools, methodologies, and industry trends to enhance capabilitiesOther duties as requiredRequirements and qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Finance, Business, Computer Science, Healthcare Administration or other related field required5+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or working with relational databases required3-5 years of experience in healthcare, revenue cycle, or SaaS environment strongly preferredFamiliarity with healthcare terminology (e.g., CPT codes, DRG, claims, inpatient/outpatient)Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik preferredExperience with Databricks Data Intelligence Platform3 years of integrating Databricks, Power BI, and Claude CodeExperience in statistical analysis or predictive modeling techniquesProficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and experience writing SQL queriesTimely and regular attendanceEquivalent combination of education and experience will be consideredTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
