We reward and recognize our employees based on our values of Aspire to Greatness, Respect All, Own It, Working Together, Persist with Passion.About the Role:Support the Global Business Units by providing financial analysis, reporting, forecasting, and decision support.Partner with commercial and functional leaders to evaluate business performance, identify trends, and support strategic initiatives through data-driven recommendations.Prepare monthly business reviews and analyze actual results against forecast, budget, and prior-year performance.Monitor key financial and operational metrics, identifying risks and opportunities and providing insights.Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field with 3+ years of finance, FP&A, commercial finance, or analytical experience.Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.Experience with financial modeling and data analysis.Experience with ERP and reporting systems.Technical SkillsAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.Strong financial modeling and data analysis capabilities.Experience with reporting and visualization tools such as Power BI or similar platforms.Experience with ERP and financial planning systems.Ability to develop dashboards, KPIs, and management reporting tools.Knowledge of forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning processes.Preferred Qualifications:MBA, CPA, CMA, or other relevant professional certification.Experience supporting commercial organizations within the medical device, healthcare, or life sciences industries.Experience partnering with Sales and Marketing organizations.Familiarity with pricing, profitability, and commercial performance analysis.Why Laborie:Our Mission every day is to operate as a world-class specialist medical company making and advancing technologies that preserve and restore human dignity.
