Your impact As a global leader of Project Management and Construction Management services we are excited to announce a career opportunity for which we are seeking expressions of interest for qualified candidates who wish to be considered for the Business Leader – West Central (South) in our PMCM Infrastructure organization. The West Central (South) geography comprises Texas, Oklahoma, New Mexico and Arizona, and as the Business Leader you will be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of infrastructure projects and approximately 30 staff within this area. Responsibilities Representing Jacobs in the marketplace, including engaging with clients, partners, vendors and the community. Working with our sales organization in developing the business growth pipeline and strategies for growing our footprint and headcount within this geography. Identifying and tracking new business opportunities and setting priorities for pursuing the best options for success. Providing financial oversight of project financials to meet regional operating margin goals. Ensuring project delivery compliance with company operational standards and processes. Promoting a culture of caring, quality, safety and inclusion and diversity. Qualifications Ability to manage internal and external stakeholders while maintaining focus on the business portfolio. Proven experience and leadership in the delivery and management of highly complex infrastructure projects. Knowledge and experience in creating and managing scalable teams of various skillsets and expertise. Connectivity to industry peers, organizations and market trends. Acumen to make impactful financial decisions and meet the performance goals of the organization. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management or related field. 10+ years of related experience managing large ($500M+), complex construction projects. 10+ years of related experience in managing project teams. 7+ years of financial management experience. Willingness to relocate within the West Central (South) geography if necessary. Ability to travel. The base salary range for this position is $205,600.00 to $300,000.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
