Customer Service Representative

Were hiring Customer Service Representatives to join our fast-paced contact center team. In this role, youll be the first point of contact for customers in need of roadside assistanceproviding calm, efficient, and solution-focused support when it matters most.

Available Shifts

Monday Friday

  • 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM
  • 11:30 AM 8:00 PM

What Youll Do

  • Handle high-volume inbound calls from customers requesting roadside assistance
  • Deliver professional, empathetic, and solution-oriented customer support
  • Provide updates through outbound calls and follow-ups as needed
  • Coordinate service by connecting customers with appropriate providers
  • De-escalate concerns and resolve issues quickly and effectively
  • Accurately document call details in real time across multiple systems
  • Meet or exceed key performance metrics (AHT, quality, attendance, etc.)
  • Escalate complex issues when necessary
  • Maintain schedule adherence, including start times, breaks, and system availability

What You Bring

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ year of customer service or call center experience (preferred)
  • Strong communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask and navigate multiple systems efficiently
  • Strong typing and documentation skills while on live calls
  • Ability to remain calm, professional, and focused under pressure
